Do the exercise twice a day.

You’ve probably tried the cucumber-over-the-eyes therapy but it appears that using half-moon slices of potatoes under your eyes is also beneficial. Potatoes can help reduce eye puffiness and dark circles because they naturally contain catecholase, a skin lightening ingredient used in some cosmetic products. Green tea, on the other hand, contains antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation and increase skin elasticity.
