    is a natural astringent. The high concentration of tannins helps tighten skin and reduce swelling. Soak two cotton balls in witch hazel extract (available at most natural health stores and pharmacies). Lie down, close your eyes, and place the soaked cotton balls under your eyes for 15 minutes.
